DECR1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DECR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DECR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P4, SNRPCP20, and LINC01689. Each is linked with DECR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DECR1-to-partner and partner-to-DECR1 results are reported.
