DDX60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX60-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM21, TRIM22, and OAS2. Each is linked with DDX60 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX60-to-partner and partner-to-DDX60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX60 versus TRIM21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX60→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
