Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX60 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,273 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX60-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, DDX58, and OAS3. Each is linked with DDX60 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX60-to-partner and partner-to-DDX60 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX60 versus ETV7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX60→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
