DDX60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX60 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX60-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and CDK1. Each is linked with DDX60 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX60-to-partner and partner-to-DDX60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by DDX60-low versus DDX60-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX60→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
