DDX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,672 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY8, RNU6-492P, and RN7SL545P. Each is linked with DDX6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX6-to-partner and partner-to-DDX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY8 grouped by DDX6-low versus DDX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
