DDX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, R3HDML, and CRISP1. Each is linked with DDX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX6-to-partner and partner-to-DDX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by DDX6-low versus DDX6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
