DDX59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX59-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-60P, MIR128-1, and MIR1263. Each is linked with DDX59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX59-to-partner and partner-to-DDX59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-60P grouped by DDX59-low versus DDX59-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX59→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
