Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX55 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX55 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DDX55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DDX55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
