DDX55

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX55-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSANTD3, TXNL4A, and PMM2P1. Each is linked with DDX55 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX55-to-partner and partner-to-DDX55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD3 grouped by DDX55-low versus DDX55-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX55→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
