DDX54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,901 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX54-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with DDX54 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX54-to-partner and partner-to-DDX54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication grouped by DDX54-low versus DDX54-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX54→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
