Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,179 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX50-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, KIF11, and KIF20B. Each is linked with DDX50 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX50-to-partner and partner-to-DDX50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX50 versus HELLS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX50→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
