DDX50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX50-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP34, DUX4L45, and MIR4462. Each is linked with DDX50 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX50-to-partner and partner-to-DDX50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP34 grouped by DDX50-low versus DDX50-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX50→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
