DDX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3P5, MIR4282, and CLDN25. Each is linked with DDX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX5-to-partner and partner-to-DDX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM3P5 grouped by DDX5-low versus DDX5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
