DDX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX3, SNTG2, and OR2T8. Each is linked with DDX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX5-to-partner and partner-to-DDX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX3 grouped by DDX5-low versus DDX5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
