Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX43P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,478 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX43P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, Regulation of RNA binding, and Positive regulation of transmembrane transport. Each is linked with DDX43P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX43P2-to-partner and partner-to-DDX43P2 results are reported.
