Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX43P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX43P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DDX43P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX43P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, GBM, and MESO are the cancer types where DDX43P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
