DDX42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX42 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX42-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ATM, and BRCA2. Each is linked with DDX42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX42-to-partner and partner-to-DDX42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX42→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
