DDX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ45, RNU2-39P, and RN7SL132P. Each is linked with DDX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX4-to-partner and partner-to-DDX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ45 grouped by DDX4-low versus DDX4-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
