DDX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,403 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACLY, CLCN2, and PTPRA. Each is linked with DDX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX4-to-partner and partner-to-DDX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACLY grouped by DDX4-low versus DDX4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
