DDX3Y

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,675 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX3Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of actin monomers, Regulation of miRNA catabolic process, and Sex-chromosome dosage compensation. Each is linked with DDX3Y in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3Y-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3Y results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX3Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX3Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
