DDX31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35, MRPS2, and PMPCA. Each is linked with DDX31 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX31-to-partner and partner-to-DDX31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX31 versus RPL35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX31→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
