Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,084 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA. Each is linked with DDX31 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX31-to-partner and partner-to-DDX31 results are reported.
