DDX31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX31-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, KLRD1, and ZIC3. Each is linked with DDX31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX31-to-partner and partner-to-DDX31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RS1 grouped by DDX31-low versus DDX31-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX31→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
