DDX27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, ADNP, and PRPF6. Each is linked with DDX27 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX27-to-partner and partner-to-DDX27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX27 versus CSE1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX27→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
