Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,839 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, Transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly. Each is linked with DDX27 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX27-to-partner and partner-to-DDX27 results are reported.
