DDX25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTBP2, THYN1, and RSF1. Each is linked with DDX25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX25-to-partner and partner-to-DDX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX25 versus PTBP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
