DDX25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MGP1, LGMN, and POLI. Each is linked with DDX25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX25-to-partner and partner-to-DDX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX25 versus ATP5MGP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
