DDX25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, MTCYBP28, and RPL12P50. Each is linked with DDX25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX25-to-partner and partner-to-DDX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by DDX25-low versus DDX25-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
