The most reproducible DDX25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Cell-substrate adhesion, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with DDX25 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX25-to-partner and partner-to-DDX25 results are reported.
