DDX25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17F, MYH2, and MYH8. Each is linked with DDX25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX25-to-partner and partner-to-DDX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17F grouped by DDX25-low versus DDX25-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
