DDX24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,960 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO15B, CKAP2L, and FAM210A. Each is linked with DDX24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX24-to-partner and partner-to-DDX24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO15B grouped by DDX24-low versus DDX24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX24→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
