DDX24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX24-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLIPR2, OXNAD1, and TATDN2. Each is linked with DDX24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX24-to-partner and partner-to-DDX24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLIPR2 grouped by DDX24-low versus DDX24-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX24→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
