DDX23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX23-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM136A, SLBP, and HMGB3P8. Each is linked with DDX23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX23-to-partner and partner-to-DDX23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM136A grouped by DDX23-low versus DDX23-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX23→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
