DDX23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX23-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, BANF2, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with DDX23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX23-to-partner and partner-to-DDX23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HDML grouped by DDX23-low versus DDX23-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX23→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
