DDX21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAND3P1, RNY4P14, and MIR4727. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCAND3P1 grouped by DDX21-low versus DDX21-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
