DDX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, PSMC3IP, and CDCA5. Each is linked with DDX20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX20-to-partner and partner-to-DDX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by DDX20-low versus DDX20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
