Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,757 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomeric 3' overhang formation, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere. Each is linked with DDX20 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX20-to-partner and partner-to-DDX20 results are reported.
