DDX20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAIN1, CST5, and MROH2B. Each is linked with DDX20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX20-to-partner and partner-to-DDX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAIN1 grouped by DDX20-low versus DDX20-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
