Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX18P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,622 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX18P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Cellular senescence. Each is linked with DDX18P3 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX18P3-to-partner and partner-to-DDX18P3 results are reported.
