Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX18P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX18P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DDX18P3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX18P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCS, and CHOL are the cancer types where DDX18P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
