DDX18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,745 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, MCM7, and NKRF. Each is linked with DDX18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX18-to-partner and partner-to-DDX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX18 versus MCM3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
