The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DDX12P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where DDX12P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
