Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX12P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 15 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of DDX12P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where DDX12P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types DDX12P is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where DDX12P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
