Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX11L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,383 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX11L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Base-excision repair, AP site formation, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with DDX11L2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX11L2-to-partner and partner-to-DDX11L2 results are reported.
