Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX11L2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX11L2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DDX11L2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX11L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and MESO show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and DLBC are the cancer types where DDX11L2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
