DDX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDF5-AS1, LCE1F, and MYF5. Each is linked with DDX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX10-to-partner and partner-to-DDX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GDF5-AS1 grouped by DDX10-low versus DDX10-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
