DDTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1270P, NPIPA2, and MIR3152. Each is linked with DDTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDTL-to-partner and partner-to-DDTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1270P grouped by DDTL-low versus DDTL-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
