DDT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD10, TXN2, and TGFB1. Each is linked with DDT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDT-to-partner and partner-to-DDT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDT versus CHCHD10 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
