DDT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, MYF5, and OR2T6. Each is linked with DDT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDT-to-partner and partner-to-DDT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR26 grouped by DDT-low versus DDT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
