DDR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,306 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLXDC2, RECK, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with DDR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDR2-to-partner and partner-to-DDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDR2 versus PLXDC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
